How long does the event planning process take?

At 22 Events, we are committed to accommodating a wide range of timelines and budgets. The duration required to execute an event depends on several factors, including the number of attendees, the services provided, and vendor availability. To ensure optimal planning, we recommend scheduling a consultation call at least 60 days prior to your event. Following the consultation, we will be able to provide you with a more detailed and accurate event timeline.

What does the planning process entail?

The event planning process begins with a 30-minute consultation call. This call serves as an opportunity to discuss your expectations for the event and to provide you with an overview of what it's like to work with 22 Events as your event coordinator. It also allows us to understand your vision and requirements for the event.
Once you've decided to move forward with us and the deposit is received, we will begin the planning process. This includes at least one "vision meeting," where we will define the overall concept of your event, as well as a "check-in meeting" to review the budget, timeline, and overall progress.

What is included with "standard decorations"?

Standard decorations are any decorations that we can provide in-house. This includes plastic / single-use table covers and dinnerware, latex balloons, custom confetti and cake toppers, and basic table centerpieces (including candles, faux flowers, and decorative vases). Balloon arches are available for an additional price. Decorations which are not considered standard include: linen table covers, large sculptures and/or centerpieces, and photo booths. ​
