a complimentary consultation call with 22 events is required before pursuing us as your event coordinators. Venue / Vendor Selection Finding the right venue can be time consuming, so let us help! With your criteria and event details in mind, we will tour venues and identify vendors, including caterers, musicians, and DJs for your event so all you need to worry about is making the final selection. Venue / Vendor Reservations Let us handle all the details for you! 22 Events will ensure the vendors and venues are booked and paid for and handle all communication, including confirmation calls prior to the event. Please note: our pricing does not include and fees associated with vendors/venues. All booking fees and deposits for vendors/venues are required upfront. Day of Event Coordinator On the day of the event, 22 Events will be on-site for a short time to act as a point of contact for your vendors and venue, and to ensure all is going smoothly! We designate one member of our team to be your point of contact for any questions and concerns you may have. |
pACKAGE PRICING:starting price: Venue and vendor management is billed at an hourly rate of $50 per hour plus an additional non-refundable $100 deposit.
