The Kick-back Package is perfect for a birthday party, house-warming, or of course, a kick-back. This package includes a full-time, on-call event coordinator, standard event decorations, day-of-event set-up and take-down, and custom digital invitations. This package is billed at an hourly rate of $50/hour, plus an additional $400 non-refundable deposit.

a complimentary consultation call with 22 events is required before pursuing us as your event coordinators. Full-Time Event Coordinator Once you've decided to choose 22 Events as your event coordinator, you will have around-the-clock access to us to ensure we are always on the same page about your vision and expectations. Communication throughout the planning process takes place in the form of calls, emails, virtual and in-person meetings. Standard Event Decorations In addition to helping you execute an unforgettable event, we also want to help make your vision come to life! 22 Events will decorate your venue before the event and take down the decorations when the event wraps up. Our standard decorations are any decorations that we can provide in-house. This includes plastic / single-use table covers and dinnerware, latex balloons, custom confetti and cake toppers, and basic table centerpieces including candles, faux flowers, and decorative vases. Upgraded decorations are available for an additional price. Custom Digital Invitations Let us help you spread the word! 22 Events will design custom digital invitations which are specific to your event; tell us your vision and we will bring it to life! |

*Party packages are priced by services offered rather than number of guests; the suggested number of guests is intended to be used as a guide when considering which party package is best for your event. **Our starting price reflects the $300 deposit and the minimum hours required to successfully execute an event for 20 - 50 guests. Hours required varies based on the size and complexity of the event; we will provide a more accurate estimate after our consultation call. |
