what's included:Consultation call
a complimentary consultation call with 22 events is required before pursuing us as your event coordinators. Standard Event Decorations In addition to helping you execute an unforgettable event, we also want to help make your vision come to life! 22 Events will decorate your venue before the event and take down the decorations when the event wraps up. Our standard decorations are any decorations that we can provide in-house. This includes plastic / single-use table covers and dinnerware, latex balloons, custom confetti and cake toppers, and basic table centerpieces including candles, faux flowers, and decorative vases. Additional decorations are available for an additional price. Day of Event Coordinator On the day of the event, 22 Events will be present and ready to decorate! We designate one member of our team to be your point of contact for any questions and concerns you may have. Decoration Set-up and Take-down Prior to the start of your event, 22 Events will set up all decorations and dismantle all decorations at the end of the event. Please allow us ample time before and after the event to prepare and dismantle decorations; the time allotted varies based on the size of the event and the complexity of the decorations. We will provide you with a time estimate after our consultation call. |
pACKAGE PRICING:starting price: Event Decorating is billed at an hourly rate of $50 per hour plus an additional non-refundable $200 deposit.
**Our starting price reflects the $300 deposit and the minimum hours required to successfully execute an event for 20 guests. Hours required varies based on the size and complexity of the event; we will provide a more accurate estimate after our consultation call. |
